WHY CAN I NOT JUST CHECKOUT WHY MUST I REQUEST A QUOTE?

I use this option because I calculate shipping costs for each order, especially when your order contains multiple items.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT A QUOTE FOR MY ITEMS I WOULD LIKE TO BUY?

You should receive an email or you can also log into your account to view your order which will have the shipping added with the option to make your payment. Your quote should be updated with the shipping added within 24 hours of submitting.

 

HOW LONG IS MY ORDER HELD ONCE I RECEIVE MY QUOTE WITH THE SHIPPING ADDED?

I’ll RETAIN your item(s) in your quote for 3 DAYS before releasing them back into inventory.

 

WHAT IS THE PAY AND HOLD PROGRAM?

I allow you to pay for item(s) as they are ordered and I place them in a bin until that bin is full or you instruct me to ship your items. This will save you on shipping so you’re not getting hit multiple times each time new item(s) arrives.

 

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERY PRE-ORDER IN ADVANCE?

This is something new that I’m implementing for 2019. Many of my customers already prepay for many items in advance to avoid getting a large bill all at once. I’ll work with anyone in making other payment arrangements.

 

I DON’T HAVE PAYPAL, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT?

You can still use PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account. You can use a credit or debit card to make your payment through PayPal. I also accept USPS money orders.
